What to do around Boston?

1) draft

2) Technology. Don't fight it. FaceTime, Skype, live gaming, there are so many ways to hop in at the dinner table from across the country via FaceTime, have a half hour hang out with your kids on a gaming platform, or Skype in with the screaming section at your kids' sports game.

3) draft

4) Talk. We know, this sounds too obvious, but believe it or not many folks admit that they have not had significant conversations with their families before already making a mental decision about big career moves. Corny as it sounds, communication is key! Talk to your family and partners, communicate with your kids, lay out the possibilities of a big move and what that would look like. Talk about the exciting things you see when you're traveling here and there. Taking the time to talk with your family will help them with the transition, just missing their adults for a few days, or ultimately get you psyched up about your next adventure together!

5) Bring them with you? Yep, you read that right. Bring your family with you on your next interview, site visit, conference, even just a one day meeting! Bouncing Around Beantown offers you just that.
